Adenocarcinoma colon, stomach, ovary, breast, lung, prostate

1. Venous phase ONLY
 
 Pearls      
Lymphoma physicians often order scans with oral contrast only. Reasons include:
Use of nephrotoxic drugs
IV contrast avoided pre- or post- BMT
Interleukin-2 increases risk of reaction
Chest CT for infection is performed noncontrast
 
 
Hypervascular malignancies such as:

 
Carcinoid tumors
